Description of RIO heaters

Material:

High quality cold rolled steel sheet 

Grooved part – 33 1/3mm; thickness of sheet: 1,25mm

Convector – 0,4 mm

Surface treatment:

All radiators are subject to oil removal, they are phosphatised, primed, covered with antielectrostatic powder and burned in 200 ^oC. Colour as per RAL 9010.

Packing:

All radiators are delivered in special solid packaging made of shrink foil wrapping with cardboard cover on top and bottom and plastic protective corners. Hangers are protected with styrofoam fittings. Where possible, a number of radiators can be packed together and transported as one cluster.

Quality control:

Rio Panel heaters are subject to a very close inspection of quality with regard to materials used, thickness of walls, dimensions and soldered connections in accordance with ISO 9001. Each heater is subject to a test examining  pressure resistance carried out under 13 bars. Working pressure: 10 bars

Warranty:

Provided they are professionally installed all Rio panel radiators posses a 10-year guarantee on material and usage under manufacturer’s guarantee terms and conditions.
