Pipes are suitable for district heating networks characterised by low and high parameter dimensions . Maximum working parameters: temperature: 140 ^oC for continuous work and 150 ^oC for periodic, short term range exceedings ; pressure: 2,5 Mpa

Steel service pipe – ordinarily made of steel P235 Gh as per PN-EN10217-2 standard; PN-EN 10217-5 seam pipes or custom made non seam pipes as per PN-EN 10216.

Polyurethane foam foamed by cyclopentane (PUR λ₅₀ =0,027 W/mK );

Protective casing made of polyethylene of high density PEHD produced in accordance with DIN 8074 and 8075 standards or SPIRO pipe made of zinc plated metal sheet

Wires of the alarm system made of copper, one of the wires is tin plated (impulse transmitting system) – it is possible to choose a different kind of alarming system

Preinsulated pipes offered by our company are available in diameters ranging from DN 20 to DN 800,in three  thicknesses of insulation: Standard, Plus, Plus-plus and three standard lengths: 6m, 12m and 16m.

There is a possibility to adjust offered products to individual customer needs. Service pipe is selected depending on the type of transmitted medium. As a service pipe we usually offer zinc plated steel pipe, PE pipe, stainless steel or copper pipe. The type of insulation is chosen taking into account the temperature of the medium and required external temperature on the casing pipe’s surface. Ordinarily insulation is made of PUR foam. For high temperatures we suggest using PUR foam with mineral wool insulation layer (special pipe systems). The choice of a casing pipe is determined by external conditions.
